Welcome to Day 20 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge! We have just 2 days left for this challenge!

The techniques we will practice today are:
1. Equal Breathing
2. Kapalbhati Pranayama
4. Surya Bhedana Pranayama
3. Nadi Shodhana Pranayama ( 1:1:2:1 ratio)
5. Nadanusandhana Pranayama
