India's second oldest and largest rail museum , Mysure Rail museum karnataka

Mysore Rail Museum is a major tourist attraction located in the city of Mysore in the state of Karnataka. This museum showcases the rich heritage and history of the Indian Railways. It was established in 1979 and is the second oldest rail museum in India.

The museum displays steam engines, old locomotives and royal coaches. These include the Maharani Saloon car.

A variety of steam and diesel engines can be seen here, some of which date back to the 19th century.

A small model train facility is also available for children, which runs around the museum.

Opening hours: - 10:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday closed)

मैसूर रेल संग्रहालय , कर्नाटक राज्य के मैसूर शहर में स्थित एक प्रमुख पर्यटक आकर्षण है। यह संग्रहालय भारतीय रेलवे की समृद्ध विरासत और इतिहास को प्रदर्शित करता है। इसे 1979 में स्थापित किया गया था और यह भारत का दूसरा सबसे पुराना रेल संग्रहालय है।
संग्रहालय में स्टीम इंजन, पुराने लोकोमोटिव और शाही डिब्बे प्रदर्शित हैं। इनमें महारानी सैलून कार भी शामिल है।

यहाँ विभिन्न प्रकार के स्टीम और डीजल इंजन देखे जा सकते हैं, जिनमें से कुछ 19वीं सदी के हैं ।
बच्चों के लिए छोटी मॉडल ट्रेन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है, जो संग्रहालय के चारों ओर चलती है।

खुलने का समय: - सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 5:30 बजे तक (सोमवार बंद)।
