*It's been brought to my attention the percentages are off. I plugged '100' into the lifts in the Excel sheet and this is what it spit out.... buuuut apparently it's set to round up to the nearest 5lbs, so 77.5 is represented as 80. I've gotten a lot of requests for a program review of Jonnie Candito's 6 Week Powerlifting Program. I broke it into 2 Parts: the Bench Press and Squat/Deadlift. Here, I explain the linear structure of this periodization program, the method of progression, the accessory exercise selection, and the similarities between this and other successful deadlift and squat programs.
