This is part three of a three-part series on helping you learn how to get a muscle up. This third video is on developing the skill for muscle-ups on the bar. I show 3 different bar drills that I think are the best way to work on the skill of the bar muscle-up. I also show some common faults with the bar muscle up and how to fix them. If you haven't seen the first or second videos in this series I'd recommend watching those first and developing the strict and ring muscle-ups first.
