Every tamed experience is Empire
Cosmos is Empire
And every eye Every man Libraries Every order Empire
Every controlled thought Every noble feeling
Every strong will And even the dark chaos
Through which we strike
It goes beyond everything visible
Goes beyond all experience
Beyond every object The Ultimate Cosmos
The Heart of hearts is The Empire
But eight hundred thousand million gods
One thousand-eighty bodhisatvas
And every petal
Only into the Centre
Lifted up to the Sovereign
In his Sacred Reign
In their Source
They attain eternity
