Prashant is a hardcore techie! He did Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, Masters from Vanderbilt University, and worked in the SIlicon Valley for 6 years before he came back to India for good. He got diabetes and hypertension due to the steroids that he was given in the Covid hospital in April 2021. But since he didn't want to keep taking drugs for the rest of his life, he did an incredible amount of research, figured out what to do, did it, and reversed both his conditions! In the process, he also lost 10 kgs in weight, 2.5 inches in waist circumference, and most of his belly fat!
He has started 1Step with the goal of making health & wellness easy to understand and possible to achieve. He makes explainer videos like this one to make health & wellness easy to understand. To make it possible to achieve, he has built the 1Step app.
