👉 Zenmate VPN Review - Today I'm reviewing Zenmate VPN, taking quick look into the privacy policy, speed, streaming & torrenting, security and features.

How's it going everybody? Welcome back. Today we're going to be taking a look at zenmate, which is one of the more popular VPNs out there, we're going to be taking a look at the privacy policy speed streaming and torrenting capabilities as well as security and features. So before we begin, if you guys are interested in zenmate, you'll find a link to special deals and discounts in the scription. All of this can be problematic. If you're looking for privacy and anonymity. The service itself promises no logs. But the privacy policy seems to contradict itself, they state that the data controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessarily achieve the purpose of storage. And they say here that these personal data will not be passed down to third parties. So they do admit to collecting quite a lot of information from the website visits, and even using tracking pixels and use letters. This isn't something that you want to find in your VPN Terms of Service from a privacy standpoint, and they have never had any kind of independent audits. So there are no reports to kind of prove that they well don't collect any information that can be linked back to the user. So all you can do is take their word for it. And their word, it seems like yeah, they do collect quite a bit of information. And they just promise you that, hey, well, well won't share it. So you're just gonna have to trust us. That's not exactly the kind of logging policy that I want to see usually with regards to the privacy policy of a VPN. So moving on to speed just to give you a little test here. This is my speed without a VPN, I'm located near the European region, as you can see here by route, so five points 71 megabits per second, not the best speed. So when I connected to the Paris server, I got a 44.4 megabits per second, which is a roughly a 20% drop in speed. It's kind of the same thing with the London server here. And unfortunately, when I connected to the Netflix server in order to try to unblock Netflix, with the states here. Yeah, the Chicago one, the one I'm connected to right now, unfortunately, I got nearly a 50% Dip in speed. Is this 50? Yeah, this is a little bit more than 50. In fact, yeah, not good at all. So with nearby servers, it does well, it does well enough, obviously not as good as some of the top VPNs like ExpressVPN Nord or surf shark, but it's still good enough, but with faraway servers.
