Digital Wish was formed based on the success of a simple letter writing campaign that brought the community out to donate and saved Sunderland Elementary School. If 62 kids could rally the community to donate with simple letters, what could we do if we harnessed the power of the internet to do the same thing? Digital Wish posted a simple website where teachers could make technology wishes and send emails to donors to make those wishes come true. In 11 years, we've granted nearly 35,000 technology wishes.



With COVID closing schools nationwide, we need to come together in unity to close the #DigitalDivide and put students back in school. Every $240 buys 1 hotspot, puts 16 people online for a year - sending kids back to school and parents back to work.
