Declutter - this seems simple, but is SO important. When someone walks into your house, you want them to see it as their potential space, not yours! This means storing away personal photos, items and anything that is very specific to you. You want the space to feel open, clean and depersonalized.

Understanding your ideal buyer: ​We use area demographics to understand how to best market to the ideal buyer. We look at income levels (make sure they can afford your home), family size, language spoken, education levels + so much more to target market your home to the people that actually want to buy it :)

Staging: This is a no-brainer as our team offers complimentary staging to all our sellers. Staging isn't always how the space WILL actually be used once lived in, but it shows the potential buyer how to make the absolute best use of the space. In 2018 our staged properties sold 33% faster for 5% more than the average. We invest in our client properties with staging for one simple reason... It works!
