❌ Luxury, unique, and high-profile listings became harder to discreetly sell.
❌ Top agents invest years in building networks and relationships to serve clients at the highest level—particularly for private transactions. CCP removed that value by restricting an agent’s ability to leverage their expertise and connections for the benefit of their clients.

🚨 Does CCP contradict NAR’s Standards of Practice?
NAR’s Code of Ethics states that agents must always act in the best interest of their client. Yet, CCP forces agents to list a property publicly—even if a private marketing strategy would better serve the seller. This creates a clear conflict: Are agents bound by their fiduciary duty to the client, or by NAR’s rules that may not align with that duty?

Sellers should have the right to decide what’s in their best interest.
