As a compulsive skin picker, Emma was looking for ways to keep her hands busy and often found fidget toys to be either not wearable, not so stylish or sometimes too childish.

She now creates beautifully minimalistic jewellery peices, which move and can be fiddled with as and when it suits you!

I wear a Worry Knot ring, and the rollable stone helps me to sit still in certain situations, allowing a finger or two to roll the ball with ease. This of course, helps my skin picking in moments of boredom, stress or anxiety.
