Milwaukee tools warranty put to the test - INTERESTING...

Milwaukee tools warranty put to the test with interesting results. I have a few shockwave red helix drill bits and a Phillips head number 2 bit which were damaged during use so i though i would test out Milwaukee's warranty process and see if they are covered. Turns out Milwaukee customer service in particular their after sales service is exceptional. The warranty process was super easy, fast with friendly and helpful advice from staff. After 2 days i was told they are covered under warranty and received new shock wave red helix drill bits. Keep up the great work Milwaukee. For more DIY and how to videos LIKE COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE.
