Sweetened lime with hint of banana and scant rum taste. A really nice reorder libation! Zephyr bar Munich. Comes in at 22% ABV.

MIXING NOTES: This aged multi-island rum is recommended to let the banana surface. The Giffard banana liqueur is very mild and other brands will impart more flavor.

2½ Plantation 3 stars (Jam Barb Trin 82.4 proof)
1 Giffard banane du Bresil liqueur (France 50 proof)
1½ fresh Persian lime juice
¾ simple sugar syrup (1:1)
Fill bamboo glass ¾ full of pebble ice, add ingredients and swizzle, then fill ice to top, mint, straw
