For sale is our St. Louis showroom is a like new 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser. A complete frame off restoration was performed 3 years ago, with only has 400 miles since the rebuild, and believed to have only 57,484 actual miles on the body and frame. Also known as an FJ40, the Land Cruiser was produced from 1960 to 1984, most were made as 2 door vehicles, and were just slightly larger than the popular Jeep CJ models. This 77' Land Cruiser is equipped with the 2F 4.2L Inline 6 cylinder engine that was introduced in 1975, and a 4 speed manual transmission. For 1977 the Toyota removed the front vent windows and added vent windows at the rear of the hard top versions. Options on this 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Removable Hard Top, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, and a Tow Hitch. When you walk around this Land Cruiser you feel as if you are in a Toyota dealership back in 1977 walking around a brand new car. The red paint and black vinyl interior are in excellent condition, not a nut or bolt was missed during this restoration. The back seats in the Land Cruiser are different than most, they are mounted against the side of the vehicle near the fender wells and fold up and out of the way of the cargo area. Peer under the hood and you will see the clean engine bay, clean engine, and the added Sanden air conditioning. The best option on this Land Cruiser is the ability to remove the hard top and enjoy the beautiful spring, summer, and early fall weather. In the winter bolt the top on and you have the ultimate vehicle for getting from A to B in horrible weather, if you want to expose it to the elements that is.
