Britain's Prince William visits Wales a day after wife Kate's message of love | ABS-CBN News

Prince William visited the Welsch town of Llanelli on Tuesday (September 10), meeting community members and watching a performance by local schoolchildren, a day after his wife, Princess Catherine released a personal video featuring William and their three children, announcing the end of her chemotherapy treatment.

During a visit to Swiss Valley Community Primary School William was treated to a performance by school children who had taken part in the Welsh-language youth festival, Urdd Eisteddfod, in May.

William then met members of the community who inquired about the Princesse's health after her treatment.

Catherine said on Monday (September 9) she had finished her course of preventative chemotherapy for cancer, saying the treatment had given her a new perspective and made her grateful for "simply loving and being loved."

Catherine, 42, had major abdominal surgery in January which revealed the presence of cancer and has been undergoing treatment since then.
