Never has a soul been born into a third dimensional reality, then ascended to a higher 5th dimensional reality in the same body and you wonder why you are feeling the way you do WE ARE THE NEW ERA

The chosen ones, the ones who birth a whole new world through each of them bringing about this collective shift

Healing through pain, trauma, ancestral karma, our own ego, shadow and inner child and everything that has come before us. We have awoken too our intrinsic selves, connection to our inner source and infinite power

Undergoing physical, emotional, energetic and mental upgrades has not being easy as it affects every aspect of our mind, body and soul. Propelling us to expand and become a higher being within our human, unifying physical and light body, allowing for a higher consciousness to exist within our fullness

Our bodies are going through changes that we may not humanly fully comprehend yet do understand and resonate with. Our energetic healing of healing through every human experience we have had as well as our ancestors who came before us, had to clear enough density from the human body in order to bring in more light for he/she to hold.

That beautiful light is cleansing and clearing our human costume, allowing upgrades and integration while walking within our physical body

Finding a balance within you to hold the needed frequencies to rise higher, while reconstructing the wholeness of you, moment by moment, breath by breath has awoken you from the spiritual coma

You're physically being asked if you are ready to release from this reality and move FULLY forward

Not engaging with low the frequency narrative, it's distractions and instead freeing yourself, becoming the observer of what was without engaging so it no longer pulls and pushes on you

It's not an easy task, but one many have completed and many more are preparing to do in this now moment.
Be transparent and fluid as this energy flows within us and all around us for our highest and our greatest good . You can't move forward still tethered to a 3d reality.

Remember, this new Earth energy is being born through us, through each of us with every breath, with every thought, every feeling, every action and so on

Thats why you may feel like your isolated at the moment or in a void or waiting room state. This metamorphosis much like a Dragonfly, as it goes through stages of development , you need time to create you and choose the high vibrational YOU. We are birthing a new version, a higher version of ourselves

We are preparing to ascend. Preparing to step out of this reality and into the next.

We are going through growing pains to support our exponential growth. So be loving and kind to your body, nurture he/she with love, compassion, healthy nourishment and be mindful and self-aware of your thoughts, actions and emotions

Trust in this transition, find comfort in the uncertainty and open to the infinite possibilities of the infinite possibilities

The time is now

Be the birther of this 5D Earth honing in on the Bliss of what this all truly is

You are not alone. We are all going through this together so remember to be compassionate with yourself and others, have patience and give yourself permission to fully heal, release resistance and embrace all you have come here to be and all that you are intrinsically

The wait is over. We are in the most powerful time of our existence

Breathe, meditate, go for a walk in nature, take care of your body , do things that expand love from within you and feel good to you. Do things through love, peace, and harmony and allow this transition, this Awakening and this new world to be born through you
