Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has accused the government of sponsoring the violence directed at former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua witnessed at a burial in Limuru on Thursday. Kalonzo called out what he terms as state sanctioned harassment and intimidation of the ousted DP with his allies criticising President Ruto for using violence to silence dissenting voices. The wiper democratic movement party leader who spoke in the company of former Limuru MP Peter Mwathi in his first public appearance since his abduction also accused the government of a deliberate effort to sabotage constitutional timelines by failing to reconstitute the IEBC.
