We left Mudgee after an incredible time cycling round the wineries, and headed to Orange for more of the same. This time we scored a behind the scenes tour of Ross Hill Wines Winery & Vineyard - Australia’s first and only carbon neutral winery. It was pretty inspiring to hear first hand the process that has been adopted to create their utterly delicious, award winning (and good for the planet) wines!

James’ passion is second to none, and his modesty around what his team has achieved is humbling. If you’re interested at all about wine, and good Australian wine then this episode is for you.

Orange, New South Wales is only 3 hours from Sydney so a perfect distance for a long weekend away if you’re that way inclined. Known for it’s fresh, local and organic produce and cool climate wines, plus the scenery isn’t too bad either. Highly recommend a getaway and a trip to Ross Hill Wines (amongst others).
