In today's video, I have a new hula for you to learn. We're going to be doing a noho hula, a sitting hula. This is a hula where we will only be using our hands - there will be no footwork.

We will also be using the cowrie shell. We're going to be dancing to the song, "Pupu Hinuhinu" which means, my shiny shell. This is a lullaby hula, very simple and very short.

I'm going to be doing two versions of this hula. In case you do have a cowrie shell set and are able to use it, you can follow me with that version. If you do not have access to cowrie shells, you can follow along with the version where I just my hula hands.
