Borahae belongs to BTS V and Kim Taehyung only!!

BTS is iconic with purple color. The purple is not only dominating the stadium during the BTS concert, but the whole city can also turn purple, just like Las Vegas that turns into Borahaegas and soon Busan city will be Borahaesan.

As ARMY knows, it all started on BTS 3rd muster on November 13, 2016 when BTS V made up the term ‘Borahae’ or I Purple You.

And recently, the topic about this term comes to surface as there are updates that the Korean Intellectual Property Office rejects HYBE's application to trademark 'BORAHAE'. The reason is no other because the term belongs to Kim Taehyung. In the letter, it said that HYBE should stop attempting to apply for the ‘Borahae’ trademark without Kim Taehyung's permission.

Reacting to this, HYBE humbly accepted the reason for rejection, and ARMY reacted positively about the outcome of the trademark issue since this will be in favor of Kim Taehyung, the creator and the rightful owner of Borahae.
