A personal tribute to Jorja Fox as Sara Sidle. This character and actress hold a special place for me. I was obsessed with CSI from middle school through high school and Sara was my favorite character. The quirky girl with a sheltered heart and an emotional barrier often broken down by anger. I didn't share any traits with her, but I found myself relating to her the most. Rewatching as an adult I see myself relating to her even more. Sara Sidle is a controversial character. This is something I never understood as she's probably the most realistic character of the bunch in my eyes.

When I was younger I wrote Jorja a letter and wasn't expecting anything back. A few months later I get a signed photo in the mail, signed "Huge Love, Jorja". I thought I'd lost it during a move to a new town, but for some reason past me thought it be safe in a Golden Girls Edition Monopoly box. I didn't know future me would rarely play board games.

So, Jorja, as cheesy as this sounds. This is for you.
