LED/LCD TV Repair Tutorial | VGH VGL HVDD voltage is missing, so there is no Display On The Screen

LED TV Repair Tutorial. The screen only has a soft backlight; nothing is displayed, and no image is coming on the screen, but the sound is okay. How do I repair it?

This 32-inch LED TV uses an LC320DXJ (SF) (E1) display panel. Its T-Con board number is E15063094V-0. The TPS6575 IC is in a DC-to-DC converter circuit.
