Linda Orton, former in-house Marketing Director in NY and London for leading international law firms, including Clifford Chance, an experienced entrepreneur, traditional & social marketer, video producer and founder of 2 Recruitment firms, including Intelligent Video and Intelligent Marketing Solutions, Inc. has joined Silverback Social as their Chief Recruitment Officer (CRO) to lead their new Search and Placement Division.

Chris Dessi, founder of Silverback Social and John Zanzarella, their CMO, see the need to help their clients both internally and externally. "We realize not all our clients need an agency at this point. Some need to build an internal infrastructure first to help coordinate focus. Linda's background as an entrepreneur, marketer and recruiter in a wide range of industries is a perfect fit for this need." says Chris.

Linda has a strong network across the United States in the professional services arena and her marketing and recruitment experience crosses myriad industries. Her ability to understand clients' needs enables her to best find professionals who will fit the culture of the company.

Silverback Social will now help clients assess their internal needs, craft job descriptions for Social, Digital and Visual Roles, and recruit and place appropriate talent. Strategically more companies are hiring Chief Digital Officers as well as filling out their teams.
