Introduction to Write your own indicator for MT5 - ATR Channel

This is an introductory tutorial on writing an indicator for MT5. In this case the indicator is the ATR channel.

I have 2 reasons for releasing this video. First it is as I said an introductory video for those just starting our to program for MT5. Secondly, I find myself explaining the same introductory concepts in every video on indicators so I have decided to create this video and just refer to it in future.

The ATR channel is formed by a central moving average with upper and lower lines separated by a multiple of an ATR from the central line.

This video is for MT5. The aim is to not cause too much confustion and covering both MT5 and MT4 in the same video would do the opposite. There is a separate video for MT4 with a link below.
