Mauro Wieser: Artist in Action Studio Interview 2023

Mauro Wieser was an Artist in Action at the Art & History Museums of Maitland, 2023-24, and presented a solo gallery show titled "Man And Machine" from Oct 2024 to Jan 2025. Born in Switzerland in 1987, Mauro Wieser moved to Florida in 2001. Fascinated by machinery and carpentry, he was inspired by Jean Tinguely. He graduated with an MFA from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Wieser's art focuses on humanity's interaction with AI, raising questions about its pros and cons. His work offers a unique perspective on modern evolution.
