Noi isn't hard just kill the enemies while dodging her projectiles. Every 5000 HP she'll change seasons and therefore phases.
The winter phase is super easy as the only additon is some ice shockwaves that miss you half the time anyways.
The fall phase turns some of the floors into fire traps so be careful
The summer phase makes a rainstorm begin and the big thing to watch out for is the lightning bolts that are extremely quick and dangerous.
Then she will always end in spring where she replaces the bat enemies with stationary plant monsters that she'll use to help her charge up a spirit bomb before the timer hits zero or you're taking a metric F**kton of unavoidable damage, thankfully not instakill, the first time it's easy to stop but the second spirit bomb she'll desperately start throwing out projectiles in some attempt to stop you and the damage isn't that important here it's the stun time.

Much easier than some of the fights before her but the last two phases are tricky enough to bring it up to average difficulty.
