Low pressure likely again in Bay of Bengal. Low pressure will form in Southeast Bay of Bengal by tonight. In the next 24 hours, light pressure will take the form of precipitation. Precipitation will move in the west-northwest direction for the next two days. However, under the influence of this low pressure, there will be Kohla weather in Odisha. There is a possibility of light rain in south coastal Odisha between 17th and 19th. Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Kalahandi and Kandhamal may experience light to moderate rain. However, due to the effect of rain, the temperature will rise again and the mercury may increase by 3 to 5 degrees above normal, according to the Meteorological Department.
