The ruler of Isfahan at that time was one of the sons of Naser al-Din Shah named Zal al-Sultan. One of the unusual behaviors of this ruler, for example, was the destruction of a large part of the exquisite works of the Safavid era. He didn't even have mercy on nature and rare species of animals and caused the extinction of
very rare animals such as deer and Caspian tiger with his excessive hunting.

These harsh and immoral behaviors of Zal al-Sultan caused his wife to leave her home and place of residence and live in one of the houses that was near the house of Malabashi and the house where she lived.

To punish his wife, Zal al-Sultan ordered his sons to kill their mother. For this, he even set half of his property as a reward.
