Despite the digital revolution, the need for paper and paper-related products in day to day life has not seen a fall. Up to 40 percent of solid waste in India is paper, which creates a great demand for a paper manufacturing business in India.

Paper is collected from various sources and then delivered to the paper recycling facilities. The recycled papers involve a multi-stage process that starts with the raw material of waste paper, and it ends with the final product of a recycled paper that is compatible with virgin fiber paper both aesthetically, technically on the press.

Recycled paper is fabricated in-line (pulp and paper produced in one process), or recycled pulp is composed and transported to a paper mill for paper production, followed by further processing. The paper manufacturing business is the best MSME business idea, which yields a high profit.

The process of paper manufacturing includes arranging raw material, converting in the pulp, screened, de-inked, whitened, pulp separation, wet section, pulp transformation, drying, coating, jumbo reel, and final coating.

Most people and organizations have paper to recycle, which makes these sources most profitable and usually brings business. Some of the great sources are retail shops, print shops, and small offices. These places are placed close to each other, and it gets easy to collect the raw material from these places. And when it comes to big firms, you can tie up with them and get the discarded paper material from them on a weekly or monthly basis.
