Dr. Deepak Phatak (Padmashree), Visit to Schools in Amreli: A Journey of Education and Empowerment

Dr. Phatak initiated his visit by convening with Mr. Ajay Dahiya (IAS), Collector Amreli, Mr. Manohar Gohil, DEO Amreli, Mr. Kishor Miyani, DPEO Amreli, and Mr. Ghanshyam Solanki, Dy DPEO Amreli, alongside Mr. Shanker Sharma, Project Director, DEEP Shaala. The primary focus was to discuss the progress of the DEEP Shaala Project and convey the donor's expectations for the High School project.
Dr. Phatak visited Nana Machiyala High School and Hamapur High School to engage with stakeholders regarding the upcoming High School DEEP Shaala Project. He interacted extensively with principals, teaching staff, and students, fostering productive dialogues.

Furthermore, Dr. Phatak visited four DEEP Shaala Project Schools: Nana Machiiyala Primary School, Bagasara Shala No-1, Keriyanagas Primary School, and Bhenkra Primary School. During these visits, he actively engaged with principals, DE teachers, and students to assess the project's progress. Dr. Phatak was particularly impressed by the students' demonstration of various soft skills and their proficiency in utilizing technology. Additionally, he toured the digital classrooms and STEM labs, where students showcased their hands-on STEM models.

Dr. Phatak expressed immense satisfaction in witnessing the students' remarkable transformation and their palpable enthusiasm for science and technology.
