Heavy rain, flooding and snow are hitting the West. The record-setting wet weather is swelling rivers and triggering mudslides. Meanwhile, in the Northeast, some areas are digging out from major snowstorms ahead of the busy Thanksgiving travel rush. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports.
