Inspired by my husband Jonathan Colton’s 2 photos (titled Vintage & Eclipse), I made these 2 original cocktails using a new brand shochu called iichiko SAITEN! We served these 2 cocktails called Empire & Eclipse at Jonathan's photo exhibition VIP reception!! iichiko SAITEN is perfect barley shochu for cocktails and my top pick for shochu!! So delicious with the aromas of honeydew melon, white grapes and kabosu citrus with a hint of soy, white pepper and barley notes!!! Enjoy!!!!
