Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 location
The hotel is located in the middle of Sukhumvit Soi 4. Soi Nana is a well-known tourist nightlife street with numerous bars and restaurants. The Nana Plaza is just a 300-meter walk away from the hotel. The closest skytrain (Nana BTS) can be reached with just a 380-meter walk via Soi 6. This location is perfect for those who want to explore the Nana area nightlife.

Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 swimming pool and fitness center
The swimming pool is located on the top floor and is shared with Ibis Styles customers. The pool is quite small and there are around 10 sun chairs, so it may get quite full during high seasons. After 6 PM swimming pool is transformed into a rooftop bar.

There is also a fitness center located on floor 7. There are multiple cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 25kg. However, the fitness center lacks of proper adjustable seat, pull-up bar, and multifunctional fitness device.

Breakfast/lunch buffet
Breakfast was not included in this price, so I did not test it this time. However, I did eat the lunch buffet which was great value for money.

Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 value for money?
From a tourist perspective, if you compare Novotel to Ibis Styles, which costs 50-60 USD per night, you'll find that you get only a slightly better room and views, while still having access to the same facilities inside the hotel. It can be hard to find great value deals for staying here unless you good bonus points promotion from AccorHotels, in which case this hotel could be a great choice for a couple of nights' stay.

Also for just $80-90 USD per night, there are plenty of good hotel options nearby the Nana area. For example, Citrus 6 next door, is only $60-70 USD per night and offers overall great value for money.
