Part of my trailer project - breathing some new life into older, forgotten or overlooked films.
Mainly to spread awareness of these great films and hopefully inspire more people to seek them out.

Synopsis - A woman writing a children's fantasy story is constantly harassed by visits and communications from people, who may or may not be real.

I am so excited to present this modern trailer, as not only is it my first Altman film on the channel, Images is up there with some of my favorites of all time.

The cinematography by Vilmos Zsigmond. The isolated setting. The dreamlike atmosphere. The performance by Susannah York. The score by John Williams. For me it is one of the very best works of art portraying psychosis on film, and it just really gets under my skin in a way that very, very few films ever do. I hope it continues to find an audience that appreciates it — DM
