I'm continuing to try my hand at getting some old engines running that were my fathers many years ago and are now stored in my mancave. Just recently by request from my son, I located the old 2 cylinder Maytag washing Machine motor that my Dad had and was one of his favorite engines. After some tinkering and cleaning of all the parts I got the motor fired up and it runs pretty darn good for such an old motor. Here is a look at this old motor and watch me me get it running.
