Ingredients:
For Garam Masala:
-200 gm Green Garlic (finely chopped)
-200 gm Coriander (finely chopped)
-1 tbsp Seasame Seeds
-1 tbsp Poppy Seads
-1/4th cup Roasted Peanut Powder
-2 tbsp Cumin Coriander Powder
-1 tsp Garam Masala
-4 tbsp Sugar
-2 tbsp Ginger Paste
-2 tbsp Garlic Paste
-2 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
-3 tbsp Peanut Oil
-2 tsp Lemon Juice
-1/4th cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
-2 tbsp Desicated Coconut
-1/2 cup Green Paste (coarsely chopped)

Vegetables for frying:
100 gms Purple Kond
200 gms Sweet Potato
3 Bringal
150 gms Baby Potato
1 Raw Banana
Oil for frying

For Muthiya:
Methi Bhaji (Finely chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Besan
1/4 cup Wheat flour
1 cup regular Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch Soda by carb
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Peanut Oil
1 tbsp Seasame Seeds
1/4 tsp Carom seeds
1/4 tsp Saunf
2 tbsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp HIng
1/2 cup Coriander (finely chopped) (optional)
Water as required

For Papdi (In Cooker):
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
Pinch Soda by Carb
500 gms Papdi
100 gm Tuver Dana
Fried Purple Kond
Fried Potato
Fried Brinjal
Fried Sweet Potato
Fried Banana
Salt as required
Hot Water as required

For Undhiyu in Kadhai:
1/2 cup Peanut Oil
Green Masala
Purple Kond (Fried)
Sweet Potatoes (Fried)
Cooked Papdi
Green Masala
Salt as per taste
Papdi Water
Coriander (finely chopped)
Green Garlic (finely chopped)

Final Tadka:
1/4th cup Peanut Oil
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Green chilli Paste
1 tbsp Seasame Seeds
Boiled Papdi Water
