ORLANDO RV RESORT / BIG RIG TRAVEL DAY / The Big Check In / RV Life / RV Fulltime / Thousand Trails

So, we made it out of our boondocking spot without the need for our GoTreads or calling Love's Truck Stop Mobile Repair or Coachnet for a tow! Three Lakes Wildlife area was cool but it was time to get out of Disney World's backyard and closer to their front yard in Orlando.
Heading up to Thousand Trails Orlando RV Resort for two weeks, do they have a site for us in our HDT Semi-truck hauler? Can we get in as busy as it gets at this MEGA RV Resort? We've been to this Thousand Trails resort before but it's always a nail biter with our Big Rig and Custom 5th Wheel trailer. With over 1,200 sites, we should be able to land a spot somewhere. I mean, you would think so, right?!?
28 days of boondocking is behind us and we look forward to our full hook up phase as we Park Hop in the Thousand Trails System in Florida. Orlando RV Resort has a lot to offer but a lot of RVer's want to stay there as well so we schedule our travels to arrive at the check in time of high Noon! If you arrive before the clock strikes 12:00, you will be turned away! Our timing is critical.

This is new territory for us as we have not participated in the new check in system since they instituted it a few years ago. Always up for a new adventure but hopefully, this will go smoothly given our really Big Rig size and bulk.

We use the TSD card for diesel fuel and save a bundle each time we fill up our Big Rig. We also use it to fill up our Onan generator.
