The number of people in the UK being left with an empty property is on the increase. Homes left to relatives by family members in wills, or couples who move in together, can all leave people with an empty property. Next comes the decision as to whether you should sell the property, or rent it out, but with becoming a landlord, comes a lot of responsibility. From repairs and accidents, to problems with tenants, and rent, there is a lot to consider. On the other hand, becoming a landlord can also prove to be profitable and rewarding.
