Ingredients:
Pistachios: 200g
Butter: 40g
White chocolate chips: 160g
Powdered sugar: 80g
Milk: ½ cup
Oil: 30ml

Method:
Prepare the Pistachios: Soak the pistachios in water for 2 hours. Alternatively, you can blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. This will help loosen the skins.

Melt the Chocolate Mix: While the pistachios are soaking, add the white chocolate chips, oil, butter, and milk to a container. Melt them together over low heat, stirring until the mixture reaches the consistency of condensed milk or as demonstrated in the video.

Peel the Pistachios: After soaking, rub the pistachios in a cloth to remove their skins. Once peeled, transfer them to a blender or chopper.

Blend the Paste: Add the powdered sugar to the pistachios and blend until finely chopped. Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture, blending until smooth and creamy, similar to melted chocolate or Nutella.
