The Grove, which near Franklin, TN, is actually considered to be located in a small unincorporated town called College Grove, which is still in Williamson County.

The Grove is the #1 private community in Williamson County because of all it has to offer. The neighborhood started being developed around 2010 and has continued to grow since, although they are now in their final selling phase. Eight builders are allowed to build in The Grove and you'll find a healthy mix of custom homes and stunning builder spec homes. The community features multiple pools, restaurants, sports activities, an 18-hole golf course and more. There are even great amenities for the kids!

The starting price point in The Grove is around $1.7M and it scales up to more than $11M.
