Dusk time spent with my koi! Shout out to

Just enjoying sitting pond side with my koi as I do every night (& morning). Weather permitting! 😅
They had their 7pm feeding but they still come looking begging for more. 😂 Love these koi and the joy & peace they give me. Especially seeing my friendly Yamabuki Ogon “Saffron” (5 yrs old). Purchased as a tiny tosai in 2019 before the dreaded Covid lockdown. Not sure of its gender but wish I knew so I could call it: she or he (something I’ll pay particular attention to when I revisit England again next year at New Forest Koi Farm ❤️, Twisted Towers ❤️, Derby Koi ❤️, Keeping it Koi ❤️, et al, & learn hands-on how to determine the gender of koi in my own pond)! As they say everyday is a school day and I can’t wait to learn.
