Friends, I have shared some tricks and tips to make the juicy and very tasty sweet boondi, by which any body can make delicious boondi easily. Boondi can be used till 7 days. So make delicious boondi as I have told in this recipe.

Ingredients:-
FOR BATTER--
Gram flour (Besan) - 2 cups or 400 grams
water - 1 & 1/2 cup approx
Cooking oil - 1 tsp
food colour - 2 pinch (optional)

FOR SUGAR SYRUP
Sugar -1 & 1/2 cup or 400 grams
water - 3/4th cup
food colour - 2 pinch (Optional)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
