I will never trust another nurse licensed to practice medicine in the state of Alabama following my experience with the body charged with granting those licenses and investigating complaints involving them, THE ALABAMA BOARD OF NURSING.

In March 2021, The ALABAMA BOARD OF NURSING dismissed several complaints I filed Against Birmingham area nurses I was under the care of between 2018-2020 regarding an undiagnosed / misdiagnosed broken skull injury and the complications that developed which included infection and possible parasite infestation.

This video focuses on Nurse Kimberly Burns CRNP, who I saw in an ER visit on Aprill 22nd, 2019. She ordered a Head and Cervical CT series at Saint Vincent's East Hospital (Ascension). The images were misread / misdiagnosed by reading radiologist Dr. Julian Patrick Druhan MD. The CT scan shows broken bone in the basilar region of my skull, this was not noted in the radiologist analysis. Nurse Burns told me I was "good to go" and no injuries showed up in the scan. I protested their diagnosis immediately after being delivered this knowledge, I knew I had broken bone in my neck / head. I was given an ice pack and pain medicine and discharged. I obtained my medical records later along with the CT images and found I had broken / fractured the underside of my skull. This visit and the errors initiated a chain reaction of flawed response / treatment in subsequent doctor / hospital visits. Psychological etiology (my injury complaints were a figment of my imagination) was endorsed by other doctors. Family members and friends would not believe I was injured because "THE DOCTORS" "would have found it". I discovered in subsequent records from this visit that the result of the head CT was "modified". Evidence of head trauma and skull bone damage show up in these pictures. Also, a more detailed layer of record keeping and data is available to other doctors who pull my records from this hospital than I was given when I requested them as a patient.

In the letter I received from the nursing board, I was told my accusations against this nurse could not be substantiated.

I believe a major dereliction of duty exists in this office and they failed the people of Alabama and anyone who goes to a doctor in Alabama by their decision.

I believe I may have been "patient dumped" (a violation of EMTALA) in the course of my seeking treatment for my injury by Saint Vincent's Hospital doctors, Birmingham, Alabama (Ascension) and misdiagnoses were used to circumvent this law. This pronouncement made it virtually impossible to get an accurate diagnosis elsewhere. I was also disabled and could not claim disability. My psychological state was routinely challenged because I claimed the doctors had missed the main injury. My concerns were unfairly dismissed and ignored.
