Gian won the first Olympic Gold in Snowboard Men’s Halfpipe at the Olympics Winter Games in Nagano 1998. He grew up in the great winter sports areas in Davos and Arosa. Gian is a two times ISF-World Champion, Olympic Gold Medalist, former Swiss Champion and European Championship Medalist.

Today he’s living with his family in the Bernese Oberland and working for the Jungfrau Railways, he’s responsible for the snowpark at Grindelwald-First, on the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe and for PR Events.
