How to EASILY make a ported subwoofer box - CHEAP

How to EASILY make or build a ported bass reflex subwoofer box enclosure (inexpensive almost for free CHEAP way). I use some old cabinets materials - plywood, OSB, Chipboard or MDF panels. I make this ported subwoofer box for Pioneer 12 inch subwoofer. Just take some Subwoofer Box Design Software or just check subwoofer manufacturer recommend subwoofer box type and built it - so simple and cheap! Just check my subwoofer box design for 12 inch pioneer sub and build your own bass box. If you have any Question How to build a Subwoofer box, just write down comment. I use Pioneer TS-W311D4 Champion Series 12" inch subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils and 400w RMS power. Peak power handling 1400w. To power subwoofer I use Pioneer GM-D9601 Champion Series mono subwoofer amplifier can send up to 1200 watts RMS to your sub setup. Highly efficient Class D technology keeps this powerful amp running as cool as it looks. 500 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 800 watts RMS at 2 ohms.
