Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was released on bail from Tihar Jail on Friday after 177 days. Kejriwal, who came out of Gate No. 3 of Tihar Jail, said in his first reaction that he was right and so God supported him. He said, "Now my strength and my courage have increased 100 times more." As soon as he came out of the jail, Kejriwal said that lakhs of people prayed for his release. He said, "My life is dedicated to the country." The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the corruption case registered by the CBI in connection with the excise policy 'scam' and said that keeping him in jail for a long time is akin to unjustly depriving him of freedom. A bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice Ujjwal Bhuiyan granted bail to Kejriwal on a bond of Rs 10 lakh and two bail amounts.

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल 177 दिनों के बाद शुक्रवार को तिहाड़ जेल से जमानत पर रिहा हो गए. तिहाड़ जेल के गेट नंबर तीन से बाहर निकले केजरीवाल ने अपनी पहली प्रतिक्रिया में कहा कि वे सही थे इसलिए भगवान ने उनका साथ दिया. उन्होंने कहा, “अब मेरी ताकत और मेरा हौसला 100 गुना ज्यादा बढ़ गया है.” जेल से बाहर निकलते ही केजरीवाल ने कहा कि लाखों लोगों ने उनकी रिहाई के लिए प्रार्थना की. उन्होंने कहा, “मेरा जीवन देश को समर्पित हैं.” सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आबकारी नीति ‘घोटाले’ के संबंध में सीबीआई द्वारा दर्ज भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत दे दी और कहा कि लंबे समय तक जेल में रखना स्वतंत्रता से अन्यायपूर्ण तरीके से वंचित करने के समान है. जस्टिस सूर्यकांत और न्यायमूर्ति उज्जवल भुइयां की पीठ ने केजरीवाल को 10 लाख रुपये के मुचलके और दो जमानत राशियों पर जमानत दी.
