Post chemotherapy, nausea and vomiting is not just not only centrally related, but also peripherally related. What we do is we give a definitive pattern to avoid the nausea and vomiting. We advise the patients to take more of the liquid diet than the solid diet initially and we also put them on paracetamol, crocin we call it, twice or thrice a day, and we give antiemetic like ondansetron or perinorm to reduce the vomiting in these people.
