ཨ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་དམངས་གཙོ་ཐེབས་རྩ་ཁང་གིས་བོད་མིའི་སྒྲིག་འཛུགས་ཀྱི་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་སྤེན་པ་ཚེ་རིང་ལགས་དང་བོད་དོན་ལས་འགུལ་ལྟེ་གནས་ཁང་། དམངས་གཙོ་ཁྱབ་སྤེལ་གཏོང་མཁན་སོགས་པར་ད་ལའི་གཟེངས་རྟགས་འབུལ་བཞེས་ཀྱི་མཛད་སྒོ་དེ་རྒྱལ་ས་ཝ་ཤིན་ཀྲོན་དུ་འཚོགས་ཡོད་པའི་སྐོར་ཚེ་རིང་སྐྱིད་ལགས་ཀྱིས་སྙན་སྒྲོན་གནང་གི་རེད། Sikyong Penpa Tsering, from the Central Tibetan Administration and Tibet Action Institute, received the esteemed Democracy Service Medal from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) on June 13, 2024, in Washington DC.
