Описание к видео Part 19: Climate Change - Monckton Bunkum Part 5: What, MORE Errors, My Lord?

This video series is made by the former science correspondent Peter Hadfield who has a genuine interest in reporting the facts, not the media hype. Peter runs the very popular YouTube channel potholer54 and it is for this channel he originally made this series.

The Flagship Movement is always working towards informing the general public about anything related to sustainability and as climate change in recent years have become a central part of any sustainability work, and the debate about it have become so infected with unscientific nonsense - we felt that we needed to try and clear things up a bit using the actual science. We felt that Peter's YouTube series are among, if not THE best regarding the issue of climate change.

One person who seem to be an absolute expert at misunderstanding and misrepresenting the climate science is "lord" Christopher Monckton. So Peter goes on a bit of a sidetrack to focus on debunking this "lord". The only problem is that Monckton makes so many mistakes that Peter had to dedicate 5 whole episodes on just the crap coming from this clown.

This episode is the last video in Peter Hadfield's "Monckton Bunkum Series", because he's made so many mistakes in his presentations it would have taken at least three more videos to debunk them all, and Peter got tired of having to correct him. So Peter issued a challenge to Monckton fans in this video -- instead of finding things Monckton got wrong (which is easy), find something he actually managed to get right. It has to be something that contradicts the conclusion that CO2 is largely responsible for recent global warming. Now here's the scary part: You won't be able to simply repeat a Monckton claim and tell me it must be true, you have to check Monckton's source and verify it.
