The Straight Talk Task Force will bring Stewards of Children Program to Mount Nittany Middle School for parents and caregivers on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 10am - 12pm. This short video serves as an introduction to the program.

Stewards of Children is a two-hour, evidence-informed training program that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. The program is designed for parents, youth-serving organizations, and other concerned community members. This training is for anyone who wants to make a difference in their community by educating adults about the protection of children.

Join us for these potential outcomes:

1. An increased awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child sexual abuse.
2. Learning new skills to help prevent and recognize child sexual abuse.
3. Creating positive change to organizational policies and procedures.
4. Individual empowerment through a personal prevention plan.
